Our Services
Early Childhood Consultancy Network offers two types of services:
1.Tailored Centre Workshops
Our centre workshops are designed to meet the needs of individual services in many topics and can vary in delivery mode.
Our 3 hour introductory workshops are generally most suitable for services working on developing their skills in specific areas, such as implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, which is our most popular workshop at present.
Our hands approach ensures that centre staff are given the knowledge, skills and confidence to apply the content immediately in their practices.
2. Centre Consultancy
Early Childhood Consultancy Network also offer a more holistic approach to centre advisory support. We do this by regularly visiting centres, during their opening hours, and supporting staff in improving their practices, programs and learning environments.
This approach is personalised and offers honest feedback about the quality of service delivery and is tailored to meet the individual needs of centres.
Our advisory service is currently very popular for centres reviewing their current practices to comply with the upcoming National Quality Framework.
3. Centre Set Up
Early Childhood Consultancy Network provides a range of services that support centre Owners/Managers/Directors in the establishment of new, high quality centres that can be readily accessed by families in their community.
We understand that opening a new centre can be incredibly daunting and stressful; therefore we have tailored our consultancy services to support professionals at every stage of this process. Specifically we support
services in:
1. Completing licensing applications and relevant documentation in accordance with legislative standards and National Quality Framework
2. The purchase of appropriate centre wide resources for children and staff
3. Recruiting and training staff in accordance with National Quality Framework
4. Development of centre wide policies and procedures
5. Developing monitoring systems to maintain high quality practices
6. Establishment of community networks, including Aboriginal and Additional Needs support services
We offer support at every level and stage and encourage you to contact us for any further information.
